I have now chosen my dominant image for my poster: 

This image fits rom-com poster conventions because it has a focus on romance and relationships. The two characters are the central focus, positioned back to back suggesting tension, miscommunication and a possibly developing relationship. It also presents the modern love theme. They are both on their phones with surrounding icons like hearts and messages reinforcing the texting/digital romance theme at the heart of my narrative, which involves a misccomunication via text. It also has a bright, playful tone that immediately shows genre. The image communicates a lighthearted, modern love story with a communication twist.
