This is my final poster for 'Textual Chemistry'
I have made sure that my poster clearly follows romantic comedy conventions and is effective because it immediately communicates both romance and comedy to the audience. The dominant image of Amy and Luke standing back to back on their phones suggests a modern relationship built around texting, linking to my narrative structure. The floating hearts and messaged reinforce the lighthearted tone of the genre. The tagline uses a playful condradiction, typical of rom-coms, and I have split it with a heart. I also included general poster conventions such as a review, billing block , release date (very appropriate for the genre) and production company/sound logos.
